Making decisions based on data is at the heart of what we do. This is the same for clients care as it is for business care.

For Psychology Outcomes to change the way mental healthcare is delivered we have to ensure that it is a business that makes profit. The profit is put back into the company to do things like buy the team ipads, pay for automated client case notes to save the team time (as well as self-care), to pay licencing to MyOutcomes and Outcome Referrals, to pay for coffees or social events. And importantly, to make sure we can pay everyone so they can have wonderful lives with their friends and family. This business dhasboard enables us to do this and is a weekly task completed on Fridays that gains data from Halaxy about each individual Psychologist as well as the clinic as a whole. Reception then reports this at the Monday meeting and we use the information to figure out what to do next whether it is do more marketting for referrals, or work with a Psychologists to support them to reduce client drop out, or to simply celebrate that the clinic is running well both in a sense of clinical excellence and as a business. t all begins with an idea.
