Our processes relating to cancellations, reschedules and no shows were developed after a review of 2 years of client behaviour. On average, 30% of clients either no show, cancel or reschedule in therapy leading to poor therapy results and poor running clinics. The processes developed from this review was in consultant with two business consultants specialising in Psychology Clinics.
Psychology Outcomes now averages <10% cancellations, reschedules and no shows.
