This step-by-step video is worth revisiting again and again both to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to manage new client enquires but also to reflect and think about how we can do things better. Not every client that gets in touch will be the right fit for Psychology Outcomes so we provide them all the information, verbally and in writing, so if they say “Yes” we know it is an excited and informed consent to start treatment. Clarity from reception up front allows clients to understand Psychology Outcomes, our processes and our people so they are excited to get help. In most cases, if we track backwards when a client has a bad experience the gaps start at the initial call and information delivery. It is kind to be clear.
