One of the biggest learning curves for new team members is not how to do therapy or general processes across the clinic. The biggest learning curve is using Halaxy. Psychology Outcomes uses Halaxy and has personalised the platform over a few years so that over 200 GP’s, their practice address and their practice location is in a manually entered database to quickly add funding for client rebates. All correspondance letters have been created into templates to reduce Psychologist admin time. All Texts and Emails to clients have been templated so common communication can be easily sent. We have integrated GoFax so Psychologists can simply fax with one click from Halaxy when they are completed their letter.
