Sophie Bradley, Client Journey & Reception

Sophie focusses on the relationship with every client and aims to provide excellence in every clients journey to get support. She brings two years of strong administrative experience and she brings a calm, structured, and supportive presence to reception when you step through the door. Sophie will be one of the warm, welcoming faces you meet when you visit Psychology Outcomes for your sessions. Clients can count on Sophie to listen with genuine empathy and care, as she operates on the guiding principle of seeking to understand before being understood. She is proactive about finding thoughtful ways to streamline clinic workflows and make mental health care as seamless and accessible as possible for everyone.

Sophie’s expertise

Sophie studies Psychology and has a genuine interest in how to help peoples lives. She is passionate about learning about mental health. Outside the clinic, Sophie recently moved to the area with her partner and her cat, Parker, and brings a warm spirit of kindness to everything she does.
