Meet Molly Fisher

“Molly is a warm and compassionate psychologist who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable to be themselves and openly explore their experiences. She believes that meaningful therapeutic change comes from understanding the deeper factors contributing to a person’s difficulties, rather than only addressing what is happening on the surface.”

Molly Fisher, Provisional Psychologist

Molly has experience supporting individuals across private practice, the disability sector, and educational settings. Through this work, she has supported people with a broad range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns, developing a flexible and person-centred approach to care. Molly is known for her kind, approachable, and supportive nature, and aims to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgement. She values working collaboratively with each client, recognising that therapy is most effective when it is tailored to the individual and guided by their unique goals, strengths, and experiences. Molly focusses on helping her clients by building insight, identify patterns, and supporting meaningful, lasting change.

Molly’s expertise

Molly works with adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, trauma-related concerns, and neurodivergent presentations. She takes an evidence-based and individualised approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. Molly is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, develop practical strategies for managing difficulties, and create meaningful changes that align with the life they want to live.
