Kartar Nahl, Provisional Psychologist

Kartar is a warm, empowering, and intuitive provisional psychologist who believes that each individual is shaped by a unique set of life experiences and personal strengths. She is passionate about tailoring evidence-based therapy that is flexible and responsive to the needs of each client, creating a safe and supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT),  Kartar tailors her approach to align with each person’s goals and values. She brings a deep respect for the individual’s own wisdom and capacity for healing, while integrating proven techniques to support long-term change.
She has experience supporting individuals across the lifespan and is particularly passionate about helping those navigating anxiety, depression, self development, relationship challenges, and trauma. She works collaboratively with clients to build psychological flexibility, reconnect with meaning, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
